3. Lights on the function keys that can be programmed will be flashing red.
4. Press: A flashing function key and enter the code you want.
5. Press: the"enter" key to finish the programming on that function key.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to program more function keys.
7. When finished programming, press: the pound key (#) to return to the IDLE state.

CODE 1319: Update Display (used to update displayed information)
CODE 1343: Decrease backspace (decreases the amount of backspace in speech when lifting your foot from the foot pedal).
CODE 1344: Increase backspace (increases the amount of backspace in speech when lifting your foot from the foot pedal).
Note: Each time you press a backspace button while listening to a voice file the backspace will increase or decrease. Repeatedly pressing the backspace button will continue to increase or decrease the amount of backspace).
CODE 1345: Speaker Toggle (turns the speaker on and off).
CODE 1348: Set Speed (sets the playback speed from 0 [slowest] to 9 [fastest].
CODE 1350: Listen (listen to a voice file).
CODE 1352: Fast Forward (fast forward through a voice file).
CODE 1353: Rewind (rewind through a voice file).
CODE 1354: Go To End of File (jumps to the end of a voice file).
CODE 1355: Go To Beginning of File (jumps to the beginning of a voice file).
CODE 1357: Pause (stops transcription).
CODE 1371: Exit (exits a transcription session).
CODE 1384: Delete Normal Queue (remove jobs in positions 1-10 of this queue for reassignment).
CODE 1385: Job Assign by ID (assigns noncomplete, nonsuspended jobs that meet the mask ID).
CODE 1386: Transcription Status (displays the individual transcriptionist status with an attached VoiceWrite window [optional]).
CODE 1388: Blank Status Assign (assign jobs with blank status).
CODE 1389: Batch Assign (assigns up to 14 jobs matching a mask criteria).
